San Benito Babe Ruth is a transition program designed to assist the player in moving from Little League to the larger, professional sized field. Our league consists of 3 seasons: Fall, Spring, and Summer. During Fall and Spring, we focus on the fundamentals of baseball, ensuring that our players understand what it takes to be a great ball player. From their swing to catching a fly ball, we assist the player in what they need most. During the Summer, we take those skills taught during the previous two seasons and put them into action with a competitive six-week league and opportunity for all-star play format. Upon completion of Summer League, we send three age appropriate (12/13, 14, 15yr old) teams off to All-Stars, where we have represented San Benito County with sportsmanship and class, historically performed exceptionally, and shown the success of the program that we have created here at San Benito Babe Ruth.
